Terms of service

The merchant stays in control of every draft.

Last updated July 6, 2026. These terms describe how merchants may use POVerify to intake wholesale purchase orders, review extracted lines, save product mappings, and create editable Shopify draft orders.

Review required

The app supports order-entry review. Merchants are responsible for checking buyer details, pricing, stock, terms, and drafts before sending invoices.

Shopify billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Current plans are Growth at $2,988/year or $299/month, and Enterprise at $4,999/year or $499/month, each with a 14-day trial.

Operational data

Merchants can export app data, set a retention window, and delete older operational records from the embedded data controls.

Usage terms

  • POVerify is an operations workflow for Shopify merchants. It is not an ERP, accounting system, legal advisor, or autonomous ordering agent.
  • Merchants must have the right to process any buyer order text, files, buyer emails, product data, and draft order details they submit to the app.

  • The app may block draft creation when product mappings, pricing, inventory, margin, credit, or buyer notes need review.
  • Merchants may not use the app to upload unlawful content, malware, payment card data, protected health information, or data they are not permitted to process.
  • Service availability can depend on Shopify APIs, hosting, database storage, browser behavior, and configured intake providers.
  • Uninstalling the app or receiving mandatory Shopify privacy webhooks may delete or redact shop-scoped app data as described in the privacy policy.
